Job summary

CVS Health seeks a seasoned Quality Analyst to support the quality and consistency of Medicaid proposal responses. You will perform structured quality checks, edit content to align with Aetna style and branding, and partner with proposal writers to provide constructive feedback.

You will use SharePoint, Word, PerfectIt, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, while following defined processes and timelines. Travel up to 15–30% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a quality reviewer/editor capacity.
• Background in Medicaid or government healthcare.
• 2+ years of proposal writing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with understanding of AP and internal style guides.
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and connect content development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and AI technology/tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 15-30%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality checks to support compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements.
• Ensure all content aligns with style, bid guides, templates, and brand voice across proposal materials.
• Collaborate with proposal writers and Quality team members to provide edits and feedback.
• Utilize editing and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Copilot, Asana, Domo) to enhance efficiency.
• Follow defined proposal processes, timelines, and quality standards.
• Build foundational knowledge of Medicaid products and proposal structure.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching to strengthen editing and quality review skills.
• Ability to work extended hours including weekends during proposal review stages.
• Support development of internal processes, scorecards, and quality reports.
