Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and consistency of Aetna Medicaid proposal responses. The role involves proofreading, editing, writer collaboration, and structured review to meet style, formatting, and compliance expectations.

You will work with the Quality team and proposal writers to deliver high-quality materials. Applicants should have 5+ years in quality review/editing, Medicaid/government healthcare experience, and 2+ years in proposal writing, plus strong MS

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in a quality reviewer/editor capacity.
• Background in Medicaid or government healthcare
• 2 plus years of proposal writing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with understanding of Associated Press and internal style guides.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and AI tools (Copilot, Asana, Domo).
• Demonstrated success in organizational, project management, analytical, and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel – up to 15-30%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality checks to support compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements.
• Ensure all content aligns with style guides, templates, and brand voice across proposal materials.
• Collaborate with writers and Quality team to provide clear edits and feedback throughout review.
• Utilize editing tools (SharePoint, Word, AI tools) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Follow defined proposal processes, timelines, and quality standards for timely completion.
• Build foundational knowledge of Medicaid products, proposal structure, and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching to strengthen editing and quality skills.
• Ability to work extended hours during proposal review stages.
• Support and drive development of internal processes, including scorecards and quality measures.
