Charter Senior Living of West Bend is seeking a Lead Medication Technician / Lead Med Tech to join our team on the third shift. This hands-on leadership role combines supervising duties with direct resident care and medication administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CBRF standards.

You’ll organize the shift, mentor staff, and oversee documentation while maintaining a high standard of compassionate, resident-centered care for our seniors in West Bend, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin CBRF certifications required.
• Experience as Medication Technician/Medication Aide.
• Direct care experience with seniors.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in med admin.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift planning and coordinate caregiver duties.
• Train new caregivers and med techs.
• Maintain medication records and comply with policies.
• Monitor resident care and communicate with leadership.
• Provide direct resident care when needed.
