You will organize workloads, train staff, ensure medication administration and documentation standards, and support caregivers as a leadership resource throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin CBRF certifications
• Previous Medication Technician/Medication Aide experience
• Experience providing direct care to seniors
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
• Dependable attendance and follow‑through
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities during a busy shift
• Confidence providing direction and support to peers
• Ability to recognize concerns and upscale them to leadership
• Compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead staff member for the shift and organize the workload
• Coordinate responsibilities among caregivers and Med Techs
• Provide direction and support to associates during the shift
• Monitor completion of resident care, documentation, and scheduled tasks
• Lead by example in professionalism and reliability
• Train new caregivers and Medication Technicians
• Model proper medication administration and reinforce care plans
• Communicate resident-care or staffing concerns to leadership
• Maintain infection-control practices and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and leadership to support residents
