Job summary

Shawnee Memory Care - Shawnee, OK is seeking a Lead Medication Technician to supervise shift operations, ensure safe medication delivery, and maintain the Medication Room and Cart. This role develops Growth and Wellness tasks aligned with resident preferences and abilities.

The Lead Med Tech will guide Care Partners, support scheduling with the RCC and Administrator, and maintain compliance with Compass Senior Living policies. Strong English communication and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure as Medication Tech.
• Experience leading a care team is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Care Partners on shifts with kindness, accountability and collaboration.
• Pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Interview and onboard new Care Partners and Med Techs.
