Job summary

Juniper Communities in the United States is hiring dedicated care aides for a full-time night shift (11 pm–7 am). You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and communicate with the care team. Must have a Med Tech certificate and at least 1 year of caregiving experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Caregiving experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Med Tech Certificate (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
