Job summary

Toyo Tires Tire Manufacturing in Georgia is seeking a senior engineering leader to design, implement, and sustain mechanical and electromechanical systems that drive industrial processes and improve uptime, quality, and throughput.

You will bridge planning, design, vendors, and the shop floor, directing a group of machinists and guiding fabrication, installation, and commissioning to ensure installations meet specifications and integrate with hardware and software across machines and controls.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• At least 2 years of management experience directing machinists.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication and installation activities to ensure designs meet specs.
• Coordinate with planning/design partners to enable scalable processes.
• Direct a team of machinists on manufacturing projects.
• Bridge planning, vendors, and shop floor to ensure system integration.
