Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in systems and/or mechanical engineering for complex hardware.
• Experience developing and managing system/subsystem requirements.
• Experience with verification and validation, including TADI (Test, Analysis, Demonstration, and Inspection) methods.
• Ability to prepare technical presentations and conduct system requirements, design, manufacturing readiness, and test readiness reviews.
• Experience with regulated, safety-critical, or high-consequence engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, definition, design, manufacture, and verification of complex mechanical systems.
• Apply MBSE to capture requirements and define architectures and interfaces.
• Prepare design and procurement specifications; conduct design reviews and readiness reviews.
• Brief customers and leadership on program status and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and suppliers.
• Support both commercial and U.S. Government customers; ensure end-to-end lifecycle execution.
