Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to lead and motivate craft professionals to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to mechanical craft professionals and uphold Zero Accident Philosophy.
• Determine workforce requirements and allocate labor to support planned work activities and project schedule.
• Develop and maintain work plans, sequencing, and schedules for mechanical installations.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to support mechanical work execution.
• Monitor installation activities for compliance with drawings, specs, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with field engineers and craft professionals to interpret engineering documents.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues in coordination with field engineering.
• Monitor productivity and performance of craft to maintain schedule and efficiency.
