Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field crews on complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery with top-quality workmanship and stringent safety standards.

You will direct production, train team members, manage materials and coordinate with customers, inspectors, and other trades to resolve conflicts while maintaining exceptional service and adherence to mechanical codes and company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of field supervision experience on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license required.
• Proficient with National Building Code and local codes.
• Strong communication in English (written and spoken).
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with trades and GC to resolve conflicts and ensure customer service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet schedule.
• Uphold Power Design's quality, safety and best practices.
