Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in a superintendent role for commercial construction projects valued at $50 million or larger.
• Hyperscale data center experience is required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and STS-C Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field operations on large hyperscale data center projects.
• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents to avoid problems.
