Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale construction management, ideally in data centers.
• Proven ability to manage fast-track, multi-phase construction environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural coordination, and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations including safety, scheduling, quality, and logistics.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Supervise contractors and trades to maintain adherence to plans, specifications, and standards.
• Drive construction progress through proactive planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
