Job summary

Wiley|Wilson, a 100-percent employee-owned AE firm, seeks a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead mechanical design on diverse projects in Atlanta, GA. You will mentor staff and collaborate with PMs, senior engineers, and other engineers to develop conceptual designs and detailed drawings.

The role emphasizes HVAC, plumbing, steam and central utility systems, with proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and Trane Trace 700, plus a focus on sustainable design.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Georgia or eligibility by reciprocity within 3 months.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit; field knowledge of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design on diverse projects and develop detailed design documents.
• Collaborate with PMs, senior engineers, and staff engineers across the firm.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development efforts.
