Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in equipment or conveyor design.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading technical projects.
• Strong mechanical design in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Hands-on on the manufacturing floor experience.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical material handling projects from PO through customer acceptance and sign-off.
• Develop mechanical system designs based on customer requirements and sales concepts to implementation.
• Collaborate with electrical and controls teams to define and coordinate operation schemes.
• Produce and oversee BOMs for assigned projects with accuracy and completeness.
• Lead a project team in installation drawings, detail drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Serve as liaison between engineering and manufacturing for manufacturability and production capability alignment.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and costs; take corrective actions to stay on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, and installation to maintain realistic project schedules.
• Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as needed to keep progress moving.
• Assist with on-site installation and provide engineering supervision during installation.
• Participate in floor activities to support builds and validate designs.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (10–20%).
