Top Echelon LLC is hiring a Project Manager to lead material handling automation projects from concept through completion. You will work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to design layouts, collect data for budgeting and scheduling, and ensure milestones are met.

The role offers mentorship and growth in a fast-paced industrial setting, with a focus on safety, quality, and functionality across life cycle stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in material handling or automation projects.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, E Plan and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing material handling automation projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate design and layout details with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Gather data to guide engineering, budgeting and scheduling.
• Track timelines, resources and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Communicate updates to customers and maintain project documentation.
• Support vendor selection and RFQ reviews.
