Qualifications

• Five+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading engineers, designers, and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering team of Engineers, Designers, and Technicians.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of their engineering team.
• Provide coaching and development through regular feedback and training opportunities.
• Prepare and control department budget and forecast operating costs.
• Perform high-level engineering calculations and analyses for heavy-duty vehicles.
• Provide guidance for design, validation, and troubleshooting of components.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers and other disciplines.
