Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lead Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer for Construction Administration to support building projects across multiple sectors. You will work with contractors, owners, architects, and internal teams to ensure systems are installed per design intent and codes.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in CMP construction administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. On-site coordination in Dallas with project stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in building systems with construction administration focus.
• Experience reviewing construction documents, specs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical and plumbing construction administration support from start to close‑out.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and product data for CMP systems.
• Perform site visits and evaluate install quality, constructability, and code compliance.
