The role requires mechanical aptitude, blueprint literacy, and strong safety discipline. A high school diploma or technical training is expected, with 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical diploma or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and related equipment issues on production and converting machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair facility utility systems including boilers and steam systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and implement effective repair solutions promptly.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical docs to resolve issues.
• Maintain building systems and support facility improvement projects as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
