Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, and external contractors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and compliance deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Pressure Vessel and Tank Integrity Program and related safety relief valve program.
• Coordinate inspections, manage mechanical integrity databases and documentation, and develop risk-based inspection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, OSHA PSM, and corporate standards.
• Develop and maintain inspection schedules, integrity assessments, and risk-based inspection plans.
• Track inspection findings, recommendations, and corrective actions through completion.
• Maintain asset records, inspection reports, certifications, and regulatory documentation.
• Provide SME guidance on repair, alteration, replacement, and fitness-for-service evaluations.
