• Minimum of three years’ experience as a craftsman.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Good oral communication skills are essential.
• Must have all the required hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates activities of work crews building structural steel, sheeting, civil, mechanical, and pipe work.
• Assists workers in welding, bolting, erecting, assembling, and finishing tasks.
• Prepares performance reviews, warning/counseling, and termination reports.
• Prepares time sheets and work reports for Office Managers and Field Superintendents.
• Acts as liaison with clients and vendors to provide project solutions.
• Ensures compliance with safety program, QA/QC, and OSHA regulations.
• Works overtime and maintains regular, punctual attendance.
