City Facilities Management (US) LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator (Refrigeration & HVAC) to develop accurate estimates and customer-facing proposals for commercial refrigeration and HVAC replacements, retrofits, capital projects, service, and new construction.

You will evaluate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs while partnering with Operations, Project Management, and customers to deliver competitive, profitable solutions across supermarkets, retail facilities,

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years in commercial refrigeration/HVAC estimating.
• Experience with capital improvement, retrofit and new installations.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Experience in union labor environments.

Mansioni

• Develop detailed estimates for refrigeration and HVAC projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to define scope.
• Takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Solicit and compare vendor quotations.
• Identify risks and cost impacts.
• Prepare ROM, budgetary and detailed estimates; update pricing.
