Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. in Dallas, TX seeks a seasoned estimating professional to drive cost estimation for large retrofit projects, interpret field conditions without drawings, and provide engineering-supported budgets.

You will collaborate with account managers, users, and engineers to capture information and generate proposals. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of estimating/engineering/CM experience, including HVAC design.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Estimating, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management experience required.
• 4+ years’ experience with HVAC design and building construction.
• Knowledge of the practical application of mechanical engineering, including redline-designs, design techniques, plans and specifications and the RFQ & RFP process for the budgeting and bidding of retrofit projects.
