Job summary

You will lead cross‑functional teams, own major components, and oversee the full development lifecycle from concept through integration testing. The role requires a strong background in 3D modeling (Creo), hands‑on hardware work, and a proven ability to communicate with program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience; or 7+ years with a graduate degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (or held within the last 2 years).
• Must hold or obtain a favorable polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and qualification of complex mechanical systems including precision mechanisms and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Provide technical leadership across the full development lifecycle from requirements to testing.
• Take ownership of major system components and work with cross‑functional teams in a hands-on environment.
