Job summary

ASML in the United States is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead complex mechanical designs across the product lifecycle. You will own module-level deliverables, influence system integration, and work with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to balance quality, performance, and manufacturability.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least two years' relevant experience, CAD proficiency, and the ability to decide confidently amid uncertainty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical design or product development experience.
• Experience leading technical projects or subsystems.
• Ability to work independently with sound technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex mechanical modules and components.
• Define, analyze, and manage design requirements.
• Conduct research, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to support decisions.
• Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs, including materials.
• Support system integration, testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide engineers while promoting best practices.
