Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–12+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industrial environments.
• 1–10 years of project engineering and/or project management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Engineering & Operational Support for equipment, systems, and processes.
• Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and outages to minimize downtime and improve performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Support reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate upgrades, replacements, and modernization efforts with stakeholders.
