Responsibilities

Drive R&D of electro-mechanical subsystems including pneumatic, thermal, and fluidic designs.
Define and manage critical technical interfaces with cross-functional teams.
Own subsystems through verification, integration, and troubleshooting with SI engineers.
Lead cross-functional design reviews to resolve trade-offs.
Manage design deliverable timelines and contribute to project planning.
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
Provide data-driven architectural recommendations and technology direction.
Present progress and trade-offs to stakeholders clearly.
