Job summary
Sierra Pacific Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, rebuild, and optimize lumber manufacturing equipment using advanced 3D modeling tools. You will lead machinists and assemblers, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of equipment installations and upgrades.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software, and a background in hydraulics and machining is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or 3D modeling software.
- Preference for lumber industry experience, FEA analysis, hydraulics, and machining knowledge.
