Mechanical Design Engineer for advanced sawmill equipment and machinery. Creating technical drawings, layout drawings, advanced 3D CAD modeling. Assist in product ideation and design. Participates in design reviews and revisions. Collaborate with simulation and manufacturing teams and modify upon feedback. Working alongside drafters and manufacturing engineers to develop understanding of manufacturing processes, processing parts through ERP system including the creation of Bill of Materials and Part Routers. Documentation and revision change processes on existing and new parts.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design
