Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• 4+ years HVAC design experience with layout and coordination.
• 1+ years of experience performing mechanical load calculations.
• 1+ years of Revit experience in design and production.
• 3+ years of project management on engineering or construction projects.
• Ability to design and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Strong communication skills for working directly with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and scope are met.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present design options, and maintain communication.
• Perform detailed HVAC design, including system selection, layout, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Develop and review mechanical drawings and specifications using Revit.
• Complete mechanical load calculations to size systems.
• Redline and mark up drawings to communicate design changes to production.
• Coordinate plumbing and piping design elements to support mechanical systems.
• Oversee day-to-day project management tasks, including planning and scheduling.
• Work with internal teams across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development and client relationships in meetings.
