Job summary

Henderson Engineers in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Lead to Senior Mechanical Engineer with HVAC specialization to contribute to multiple market sectors. You will mentor teams, lead design efforts, and ensure project success from concept through completion.

The role requires a strong background in engineering design, A&E standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC tools like IESVE and Trane Trace. PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 9+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years without degree).
• PE license may count toward 1 year of direct experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design, A&E industry, codes, design guides, and standards.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC tools (IESVE, Trane Trace).

Responsibilities

• Leads project and design efforts from concept through completion.
• Mentors designers and engineers; supervises team members.
• Produces solutions to complex engineering problems and ensures drawings meet scope, schedule, and cost.
