Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in fluid-system product design and qualification, translating customer requirements into robust, manufacturable solutions.

You will direct design activities, mentor engineers, collaborate with sales, program management and suppliers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex aerospace fluid-system projects. Travel 10–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in mechanical or related engineering field with relevant aerospace design experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and materials for fluid systems.
• Ability to lead large design projects and oversee manufacturability and serviceability.
• Experience guiding manufacturing process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of international drawings and GD&T tolerancing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams to design, develop, and qualify new fluid-system programs.
• Provide technical direction, project management, and leadership for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with sales, program management, operations, and suppliers.
• Mentor engineers and foster growth within the team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
