Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (or equivalent technical field) required.
• 5 years of technical supervisory experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of aerospace configuration management experience acceptable.
• Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration control requirements and commercial responsibility.
• Deliver drawings, models, and documents through cross-functional teams for bids, design, and support.
• Establish and drive KPIs to manage global best practices and continuous improvement.
• Track resource workload and report productivity and availability.
