Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D CAD architecture of ruggedized EO/IR enclosures and mounts using SolidWorks.
• Perform static, dynamic (shock, vibration) and thermal stress analyses via FEA tools.
• Design active/passive cooling for high-density electronics and detectors.
• Apply DFM/DFA/DFMC and coordinate with machine shops and suppliers.
• Plan and execute qualification testing (vibration, shock, TVAC).
• Serve as Lead Mechanical Engineer on programs, mentor team members, conduct peer reviews.
• Support proposals, CAM tasks, and present at PDR/CDR meetings.
