Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MS/PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and manage requirements with traceability.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies and translate results into recommendations.
• Develop engineering concepts and solutions to meet functionality and cost targets.
• Define and communicate specifications and high-level designs and align interfaces.
• Support system or product integration by coordinating dependencies.
• Plan and execute validation and testing; provide qualification evidence for release readiness.
• Estimate effort, plan work, manage risks, and deliver within timelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor peers while following safety policies.
