Responsibilities:

1. Development and execution of functional testing protocols, report generation, and approval routings.
2. Develop concepts for assigned tasks and obtain approval from the customer.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Service, Regulatory, and Procurement.
4. Design support and coordinate with vendors for prototype development and tooling support.
5. Document and implement Change notices and Change requests through Change orders in the Customer PLM system.
6. Hands-on experience with CAD tools like SolidWorks and Pro Engineer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related engineering or scientific fields (e.g., mechanics, micro-mechanics, materials).
• Long-term experience (e.g., 6-10+ years) in designing, developing, and manufacturing plastic disposable kit products for regulated industries such as medical devices (Class II and/or Class III).

Salary Range:

The expected salary range is between $67,500 and $130,000 annually, subject to relevant skills, experience, location, and other factors.
