Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on mechanical and commercial projects, including those valued at $1 million or more.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in construction, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably HVAC, plumbing, or sheet metal services.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $1 million or more.
• Experience running three or more projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and close projects effectively.
• Construction management experience with focus on mechanical and commercial projects.
• Ability to manage change orders and project coordination activities.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide and motivate project teams.
• Excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Ensure compliance with standards, best practices, and regulations.
