Job summary

Yearout Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects in New Mexico and Texas. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance from initiation to completion, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.

The role requires a hands-on leader who collaborates with field teams, clients, and vendors to deliver high‑quality mechanical systems and reliable client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or related certificate and 5+ years in commercial construction.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and field operations management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Prepare and maintain cost tracking reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Lead coordination with foremen, subcontractors, and purchasing teams for timely procurement.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and contractors; provide regular progress updates.
