Job summary

Paslin is hiring a Mechanical Build Supervisor to lead the installation of complex machine tool systems in a fast-paced shop environment. You will supervise toolmakers and machine builders, ensure safe, efficient assembly, and drive project timelines.

You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, track hours in our ERP, and develop procedures, training plans, and continuous improvement initiatives to raise quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and supervising toolmakers, machine builders, or similar skilled professionals.
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with knowledge of mechanical/build requirements; weld systems knowledge a plus.
• Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee mechanical build and installation of complex machine tool systems.
• Lead assembly teams with clear communication, coaching, and technical guidance.
