Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Ability to use measuring devices accurately and perform basic math.
• Lead, train, and evaluate assemblers in techniques.
• Must meet safety and quality standards in a defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble ruggedized enclosures, sub-assemblies, and cabinets using hand and power tools.
• Operate press brake, fastener machine, and index machine as required.
• Install wiring, lights, and hardware assemblies.
• Coordinate workflow, train teammates, and enforce safety at the lead level.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
