Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of pipefitting and mechanical experience.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA certification or additional trade certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pipefitting and mechanical crews on job sites.
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems including industrial, commercial, and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and piping issues efficiently.
• Ensure work meets company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and customers.
