Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and fleet management systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, propane, and fuel systems.
- Able to diagnose and repair complex mechanical/electrical issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead fleet maintenance operations to keep equipment in rental-ready condition.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all fleet equipment independently.
- Diagnose engines, electrical, hydraulics, and emission systems using diagnostic tools.
- Produce detailed service reports and logs after repairs.
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in training.
