Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, HACCP, and lean principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 21-25 employees and manage daily production goals.
• Plan resources, equipment, and processes to meet targets safely and cost-effectively.
