Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive sales in the meat department and deliver high-quality products to members. You will work with associates to meet member expectations and maintain product integrity and safety.

You will cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat according to specifications, manage in-stock levels, reduce waste, and use handheld devices to support real-time decisions and training. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production department
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must complete required trainings within a prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Process meat according to specifications, including cutting, slicing, grinding, and wrapping.
• Maintain in-stock levels and monitor shrinkage.
• Operate and sanitize equipment, and ensure food safety standards.
• Use handheld technology to support real-time decisions and training.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and proper packaging.
• Uphold Walmart values and integrity in daily work.
