Job summary

Mathnasium of Woodbridge is seeking a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor / Teacher candidates to deliver Mathnasium Method-based instruction after school and on weekends. You will lead groups, coach peers, and monitor student progress in a supportive learning environment.

Successful applicants demonstrate passion for math, strong Algebra I skills, and a readiness to learn through ongoing training in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and helping students succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for parent updates.
• Keen to learn, take training, and apply new methods.
• Strong math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Ability to balance leadership duties with instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with teammates to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents/guardians.
• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™ and materials.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
