Job summary

KIPP North Carolina is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver rigorous curricula and build a positive classroom culture across K-12 grades. You will review adopted curricula, deliver scripted content, and use assessments to guide instruction while collaborating with coaches and families.

Qualified applicants will hold a NC teaching license or reciprocity, have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and demonstrate a growth mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, internalize, and facilitate KIPP NC adopted & scripted curriculum.
• K-8 Math: Open Up Resources instruction delivery.
• K-8 ELA: Fish Tank instruction delivery.
• K-8 Science: Amplify materials aligned to NC standards.
• 7-12 English/History and 9-12 Math/Science curriculum execution with fidelity.
