Job summary

Mathnasium of Mandeville seeks a Lead Math Instructor to inspire K‑12 students and collaborate with a supportive team. The position offers consistent, part‑time hours after school and on weekends, with in‑center and online teaching using the Mathnasium Method.

You will lead, assess progress, and communicate with parents while becoming proficient with digital materials and processes. Training, curriculum, and instructional tools are provided in a fun, encouraging environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Teach in‑center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
