Job summary

Mathnasium seeks a Lead Instructor to lead the instructional floor, supervise a team of instructors, and ensure each student receives focused, personalized math tutoring. You will coach staff on the Mathnasium Method, track progress, and uphold exceptional customer service.

In this role you’ll balance leadership duties with direct instruction, guide session goals, and support a positive, productive learning environment for students across the center.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional floor and team teaching environment.

• Manage center environment and address student progress and behavioral issues.
• Oversee check-in/check-out, session goals, and reflective learning.
• Coach and motivate instructors to use the Mathnasium Method effectively.
