Job summary

Mathnasium (ID: 3904001) is seeking a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor to guide students with small-group instruction and one-on-one attention. You will help assess progress, communicate with parents, and implement the Mathnasium Method in-center or online.

Ideal candidates are passionate about math, have strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to join a supportive team. Flexible, after-school hours with potential for advancement and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for math.
• Strong math competency through Algebra I or higher.
• Ability to lead and mentor students while partnering with teammates.
• Eagerness to learn, train, and adapt to teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.

What you will do as a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor
