A leading healthcare provider is seeking an Operating Room Materials Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of the O.R. supply system. The role involves managing supply orders, tracking inventory, and fostering relationships with staff to ensure seamless operations. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and significant experience in materials management.
Assists the O.R. Materials Manager to ensure the overall efficiency and functionality of the O.R. supply system. Responsibilities include ordering, tracking, and handling discrepancies for all non-stock specialty supplies. Tracks all O.R. supplies, equipment, instruments, and repairs throughout the supply chain and resolves discrepancies as needed. Develops productive relationships with O.R. staff and other hospital departments to ensure the efficiency of the O.R. supply system.
