What will you be doing?

The Logistics Lead supports the Logistics Manager in delivering all logistics activities related to Projects, Tenders, and Initiatives, following Subsea 7 systems and processes. Responsibilities include:

1. Line management responsibility for part of the Logistics team.
2. Supporting resource planning to ensure sufficient resources for ongoing logistics activities on projects and tenders.
3. Contributing to effective communication and networking with key stakeholders.
4. Implementing continuous improvement of work processes and procedures.
5. Representing SCM Logistics in internal and external meetings.
6. Facilitating regular communication with logistics personnel across regions.
7. Supporting daily logistics activities on ongoing projects and tenders.
8. Understanding specific requirements of the country where the project or tender activity takes place.
9. Supporting logistics budgets, tracking costs, and communicating budget versus actual during projects.
10. Ensuring compliance with customs and local laws at origin and destination locations.
11. Promoting HSE leadership and ensuring all logistics activities are performed safely.
